feat: manage ssh client config

Browse source 
Symlink .ssh/config into ~/.ssh with proper directory permissions.
Guard .gitignore so only the client config is trackable — keys and
anything else under .ssh/ can never be committed. Also drop a
redundant tmux ignore rule.
